Off and on I face cramps in my runs. Any advice here for me? A common affliction that most runners face are cramps and it is the last thing they wish for, whether in training or in actual race situation. Worse, once you know you are a "cramper", the effect it has on your head is worse as you are left wondering when cramps may strike and spoil your race. Ouch!
