After a long series of disappointing news, finally some good news for certain Delhi University colleges: The Union Ministry of Human Resource Development is working on a plan to give complete autonomy to some of the country's top colleges. The move seeks to free these colleges from the administrative control of the University and allow them more autonomy in their functioning.
