The Hyderabad Marathon is coming up next month and the course has rolling hills. What advice on tackling them? Good question and the answer is again proper running form except that there are some distinct adjustments when facing an incline, or decline. Really steep hills call for further adjustments but that doesn't come into picture in this race so we will skip that.
