New Delhi, July 30 (IANS) Delhi University has released its 10th cut-off list Tuesday, with 10 colleges re-opening seats for admissions after having declared those closed in the ninth list. Kirori Mal College has opened undergraduate seats for economics and English with the cut-off set at 94.5 percent and 88.75 percent, respectively.
