The 29-hour countdown for the launch of India's heavy rocket geosynchronous satellite launch vehicle-D5 (GSLV-D5), carrying communication satellite GSAT-14, began Sunday at 11.50 a.m. at Sriharikota rocket port in Andhra Pradesh, officials said.
