Chandigarh, Sep 4 (IANS) In a first, the National Students' Union of India bagged the coveted post of president of the Panjab University Campus Students' Council (PUCSC) in the elections held Wednesday. NSUI candidate Chandan Rana won the post of president by a comfortable margin of 838 votes over his nearest rival.
