Firstly, the whole verdict is atrocious enough to hear, as it is bewildering to understand how a couple of sitting judges can determine the laws of the nature and so is the entire definition of "Unnatural". Section377's origin can be dated back to that of the colonial period where it understandably existed owing to conservationists who thronged the society. Such a provision in the constitution should have been mandatorily scrapped when our constitution makers redrafted the Indian Constitution. ...
