Macaulay Culkin has come a long way since playing Kevin McCallister in the 1990 Christmas classic "Home Alone."
He's not only become a rock star in his Velvet Underground tribute pizza band, but he's completely restructured his face with some extreme plastic surgery to look just like some random dude named Paul Little.
He's not alone, though. The entire cast of "Home Alone" appears to have undergone the very same surgery.
