Nirbheek: India's first women revolver

On January 6, the Indian Ordnance Factory, Kanpur launched the first ever women revolver. Nirbheek, the name of the gun has been kept to mark the memory of Nirbhaya, the December 16 gang rape victim. It is specially designed at a weight of 500 grams with .32 bore. It is also the first IOF gun which is made of titanium alloy.
