The English Debating Society of Indraprastha College for Women is hosting the second edition of its annual parliamentary debating tournament, VIVAAD, to be held from 19th to 21st January, 2013 (Saturday - Monday). Vivaad is a '3 on 3' Asian style parliamentary debating tournament. All institutions are required to send 2 teams along with 2 A-level adjudicators with a team cap of 30 teams.
