The dawn of 2013 brought with itself a new spirit for the junta of IIT (BHU) with Kashiyatra'13, the annual cultural festival. Amidst the highly enthusiastic students who were bubbling with excitement we really did feel the storm. The theme of KY'13 "Underwater" really did bring the tide of fun with itself.
